Amy’s Atmosphere Ambassadorship

May 17 @ 7:00 pm 8:00 pm

NIWA gas measurement and monitoring, including that of CO2 and Ozone.

We are looking forward to welcoming Amy Burney, here is what she will be talking about…

Amy –

“I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to be chosen as a BLAKE Ambassador and spend three weeks in December at NIWA’s Wellington and Lauder sites learning about the atmospheric research they do there. I learnt heaps about the gas measurement and monitoring NIWA performs including that of CO2 and Ozone along with the data crunching that goes on behind the scenes, tracking our impacts on climate change and the ozone hole. I’d love to share with you a bit about what I took from this experience.”

FREE event, booking not required, just come along.
